PURPOSE: To amend or change information on the original trust deed.

What We Mean: John Q Public as trustor or borrower and Any Bank beneficiary or lender amend trust deed of November 1, 1989 (the recording date of the trust deed) on the property at 123 Any St Bakersfield to change the maturity date (the date on which the loan is to be paid off) to November 1, 2001. Attachments

PURPOSE: An attachment is recorded when a judgment has been issued in a court case and the Kern County Sheriff has been ordered to attach and sell real property to satisfy said judgment
What We Say: Sup Ct, Kern Co - John S Doe vs John Q Public - Kern Co Sheriff writ of attachment for $123,000 on 1234 Any St Bak

Bill of Sale

PURPOSE: A bill of sale is a means of transferring interest in real and/or personal property from one individual or business to another

Bulk Sales

The last date for any creditor to file claims against the seller or business is Nov 4 of the current year.

Cancel Notice of Default

PURPOSE: A cancel notice of default is recorded when the trustor or owner either pays the past due payments or makes arrangements to pay them with the beneficiary or lender under a trust deed on real property
